International Return Policy for Himalaya X Gen Store

Welcome to Himalaya X Gen Store's International Return Policy

Thank you for making a purchase at Himalaya X Gen Store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully to ensure you fully understand our return processes for international orders.

Return Eligibility Window:

  • International customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unopened, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Certain goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with a unique return authorization (RA) number and return shipping address.

  2. Prepare Package: Include your RA number, a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and the item in its original packaging.

  3. Ship Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
  • Please note, international customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable):

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • Himalaya X Gen Store reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return policy conditions.
  • We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in return shipment, hence using a trackable shipping service is recommended.
